- balconies and windows facing the street, wood floors, ceiling fans, natural gas heaters, cable TV, telephone, refrigerator, gas, oven, mixer, microwave oven, kitchen utensils, set of dishes, towels, sheets, single bed, double bed, bathtub, shower, bidet, hot water 24 hours a day.
